Nicole made the most amazing "Timmy Time" birthday cake and cup cakes for my sons 2nd birthday. The attention to detail was unbelievable and it all tasted divine. I had the happiest 2 year old in the world and the way his whole face lit up when he saw it was priceless. It was a shame to eat it all! I've had the pleasure of Nicole making our wedding cake (a 12" Mississippi mud cake, with off-set 9" & 6" fruitcake tiers. Burgundy ribbon to match my wedding gown, and frangipani with diamonte picks to tie it all together. Finished off with a little bit of simple draping and a spray of hearts) and my husbands birthday cake (a chocolate mud cake "Centrefold" magazine spread, on "pillow")...
Nicole makes planning a cake so easy with no stress as there is enough of that already when trying to plan a wedding or any special occasion!! Nicole has a lot of great ideas for cakes and loves the chance to have "free run"..
